Thoughtful thinking

I think by thinking I do think

and in this thoughtful thinking

I spend each day in wonder

‘bout what I’ve been reflecting over.

From much contemplation

I believe what I once believed

Is now obsolete

So the world turns and hastens

So long as I so contemplate…

I’m suspicious that however conscious

Thinking is easily useless

Leastwise as viciously.
